Your tasks:

- Professional and personal leadership, motivation and development of your team

- Independent management of IT projects

- Technical support and advice for your team on a daily basis

- Act as consultants for technical problems faced by our customers

- Active participation in the development of the IT strategy and continuous optimization of our technology processes

Your profile:

- University degree in computer science or comparable qualifications with at least 3 years of professional experience in the area of IT infrastructure

- Expertise in Microsoft, Active Directory, Windows Server, Databases, Terminal Servers, IT Security, Network and Cloud

- First management experience with strong communication and decision-making skills

- Customer and solution-oriented way of working

- Good German and English language skills

- Willingness to travel
