For our location in Mitterskirchen, we are looking for a dedicated service manager as soon as possible to enrich our team with IT expertise and customer orientation. Your tasks:

- Advising our customers on IT services, infrastructure and software development

- Managing our IT specialists for new requirements and optimizations

- Processing customer inquiries and tickets

- Project support and monitoring

- Maintaining and strengthening customer loyalty through targeted communication

- Preparation of offers and cost calculation via SAP

- Development of services and processes

- Staff planning for our team of engineers

- Preparation and maintenance of documentation and training materials

- Coordination with external service providers

Your profile:

- Completed commercial education (career changers welcome)

- Enthusiasm for IT and interest in new technologies

- Motivation for continuing education in the IT sector

- Safe and authentic appearance

- Independent, structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility

- Very good German and English skills
