Office Manager (m/f/d)
You are the organizational backbone of our company. As an office manager at mdSystec, you take on central responsibilities that ensure the smooth running of our daily business. In doing so, you combine commercial know-how with communication skills and ensure the right flow in our processes.
Your tasks:
- Processing and accounting of invoices
- Preparation of offers using SAP
- Processing of customer orders
- Maintaining master data in SAP
- Responsibility for telephone service
- Payment transaction management
- Support in planning, organizing and implementing projects
- Coordination of internal and external appointments
- Communication with customers and coordination of service tickets
- Assistance with onboarding processes for new team members
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in office management or a comparable qualification (career changers welcome)
- IT skills are a plus but not absolutely necessary
- Experienced in working with Office 365
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Safe and authentic appearance
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Fluent written and spoken German language skills
