Your tasks during training:

- Scheduling & coordination for internal projects and external service providers

- Training and familiarization of users with various IT applications

- Maintaining and updating master data in SAP

- Preparation of documentation, handbooks and training concepts and documents

- Collaboration and support in IT projects and close cooperation with external service providers

- Customer communication including ticket coordination for IT inquiries and problems

- Technical-commercial customer advice and support

- Introduction to project management and participation in internal projects

Your profile:

- At least middle school entrance qualification, university entrance qualification or university entrance qualification

- Strong interest in information technology and IT-controlled processes

- Enthusiasm for economic processes and their optimization

- Knowledge of using MS Office

- Quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn

- Communicative, creative, open-minded and curious
