Your tasks:

- 1st & 2nd level technical support for applications and hardware

- Introduction and training of users in IT applications

- Administration of user accounts, computers and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory

- Preparation of documentation, manuals, training concepts and materials

- Collaboration and coordination of external service providers in IT projects

- Work on and with network infrastructure

- Analysis of errors and faults and their elimination

Your profile:

- A school leaving certificate: middle school entrance qualification, university entrance qualification or university entrance qualification

- Strong interest in information technology and technologies

- Quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn

- Strong communication skills, creativity, openness and curiosity
